I happened to catch part of a woodstock documentary late last night and wondered to myself why this festival is still held in such high regard. Sure the music was solid and it was a big political statement but man I would never have attended that concert.
Thousands upon thousands of stoned disgusting people in the heat as well as mud who haven't showered in many days not to mention hundereds of naked people lying around just having casual sex like it's no big deal. I imagine if the women weren't so far gone at that festival that that there probably would have been several reports of men taking advantage of women during Woostock.
An important moment in histyory but rust me you probably wouldn't want to have been there.

I didn't know much about that event, so after reading your topic, I did some research.

That research allowed me to conclude exactly what Jefferson states here. I mean, it was important from a historical perspective, since it might have helped some people think out of the box. However, the whole show must have been atrocious. I won't describe it any further than Jefferson did. However, I'll say that, sometimes, when people are droven by ideals they think are more important than their dignity, might end up assuming awkward positions (which, afterwards, they probably regret).
