GZ Introduction Videos, An Introduction...In Video Form

Here's the thread for my proposed idea of Intro Videos.

The video itself shouldn't be very long, and definitely not longer than mine. The reason mine was so long was because I explained the core structure of how to make the GZ Intro Video. Generally speaking, 5 minutes is plenty, even if you're as long-winded as I am. You can go over, though not by much, and I suggest you don't go past 10 minutes, because more than likely you will bore your audience, which is a bad thing. Here's the list of the basic information you should address within the video:

You don't have to be serious, as you can tell. I had fun making this video, despite how I kept a straight face throughout the video (which I did on purpose). That would be the Megaupload link from earlier today. I did start re-recording an introduction about three or four minutes ago, but apparently, I'm loud. I woke my sister up, she bitched me out, I'll get to posting a new link in the next two days or so. Just have to find the time of day when I've got no family around to bug the life out of me. Once again, it's a big drawback to living with my parents. Actually, that's a lie. That's a drawback to having the room below my sister. Seriously. Only she would bitch about me recording. Meh. Anyways, nice format, my man. It will most definitely make this entire experience a lot easier for me, without any of those annoying breaks I took in the first link (to be taken down when I get that new recording). It'll allow me to . . . ah, get into character, too. So hopefully, the second attempt at this will be more amusing than the first.

Anyways, nice meeting you man. The video was definitely a lot of fun to watch. And hey. Crazy is my middle name.

Also, I do feel a little bad about being the bum without the camera, but unless you guys want a lot of jerky frame-rates and poor quality, there's nothing I can do about it. Short of buying a camera. Which I may do in a few months, but right now I'm saving. So yes. Audio files are for winners! If you need an image, I'll post one when I post the new MUL, and you can pretend my mouth is moving. Ooh, I'm snappy tonight.

I'm not going to lie. I've wanted to do LP's for a few years now. My collection of video games is ungodly in its sheer size (I count every six months and at the end of June of 2009, I had two hundred and twelve video games), and I always have stuff to say about the games I play. Whether it just be little bickerings about stupid things that happen, or jokes about certain video games (played Resident Evil 5 with a friend of mine and I noticed the not so subtle phallic reference most of the boss' seem to have, so that was a running joke), I'm usually never at a loss of words. I know what kind of equipment I need, but since I'm only going to buy the best stuff, it's a matter of money. But, again, don't be too surprised if you see me doing that in the following years. Of course you guys would/will be the first ones to get links.

And thanks. It's luck of the draw so to speak, and it makes me happy hearing that my voice actually fits an LP fan's requirements.

Damn DJ, that video was tight man. You really have a good voice you know that, it's almost as good as mine. Speaking of voices, Bucky your voice was universally different than what I had matched up to your looks in my head, too bad there's no video, it would be interesting to see the two work together.

So, I just got around to doing my second audio file for you super-sexy-special people. I know, a little late, but hey. Better late than never? Yeah, that's what I say. Actually, I say all aboard, but that's a convo for another time. Also, I too noticed the breaks in speech, but like I said. I was in my basement, looking for a game and going back upstairs, after unsuccessfully doing a search for it didn't bode well for the file, so my being distracted isn't that surprising. Yay! This was fun and whenever I get that camera, expect a video too. It was amusing, it killed some time, it made me feel good, I'll do it again. Anyways, hope you enjoy listening to the bad boy known as Bucky Mayhem.
