QUOTE (mindness @ Nov 4 2009, 06:21 PM)

Other movies I'm dying to see:
-The Wolfman
I've always wanted to see a rendition of the Wolfman that wasn't made in the 1930s, and where the main focus was on a single (I think) werewolf.

-Stepfather
I know it's out in theaters now, but I don't think I'm gonna be able to catch it's theatrical run.

-Avatar
The storyline looks amazing, and James Cameron directs. Should explain itself.

-2012
Same as what has been said before. I loved Day After Tomorrow, and hopefully this doesn't disappoint.

-The Last Airbender
I loved the show (although I didn't get to see all the episodes), so I figured I'll take a look at the movie. M. Night Shyalamon directing will be a plus (hopefully. I've figured I'm the only person who liked The Happening).

-Ninja Assassin
It looks phenomenal. It will probably suck, but I'll still pay to see it.

-Alice in Wonderland
Ok, Tim Burton directing, Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, and Helena Bonham Carter and Anne Hatheway. I don't think this can go wrong

-Nightmare on Elm Street
I recently saw the original, and I thought it was "ok" by today's standards. Saw the Friday the 13th remake, and planning on seeing the new Halloweens soon (yes, I've seen all of the originals--at least the first in the franchise). It should be interesting on how they're going to do it without being a direct copy.

So they're making a movie called Avatar, and a movie called The Last Airbender? Wow that shouldn't get too confusing.

And Mindness, I think you are my new favorite member. You watch Fringe, NCIS, and Yes Dear. You have good grammar for a newbie which always makes me giddy. And this list of movies. I actually really liked The Happening, Shymalan is one of my favorite directors. Ninja Assassin will probably suck, but you never know. I saw Paranormal Activity last Sunday and really liked it. My kind of movie.

Pumjetsu . . . you have broken my heart. I thought I was your special guy!! Now this? Oh, you are so not getting any more gay pirate sex out of me. No sir.

Also Mindness. I generally don't like M. Night Shyamalan, but The Happening grabbed me for one reason. And that reason is Zooey Deschanel. I know it's a little dickish to say, but she carried that movie from beginning to end. So yeah. You're not the only one.

And to echo the sentiment, the grammar skills make me hop with joy and glee and some more joy. I don't hop with joy and glee and more joy often. Usually, I jump. Anyways, moving past the weird, you're also awesome since you have Disturbed's Believe as your avatar. Pretty good band, awesome album. I still say that Darkness is one of the best nu-metal acoustic do-diddies that I have ever heard. Ever.
